Personal Trainer Food Giveaway

I love that Personal Trainer Food has a huge list of foods to choose from. You're able to choose breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. There are wonderful vegetable sides to choose from and a large variety of meats. I'm sure to never get bored with all the different choices.

They're all frozen in separate bags and ready to heat in the microwave. Tomorrow, I'll start this yummy -looking eating plan. There are no sauces or gravies to add calories or unwanted ingredients. This is just clean food! This is the type of diet plan that my doctor recommended, so I feel doubly good about it.

For those who are interested, there is an entire section of snacks, too. Nuts, shakes, and seeds, and meat snacks are available. There is also a fasting package. They recommend to use a fast the first day, if you want to jump start the diet.

The basic plan is to:

• order the food
• follow the plan
• ignore the noise
• keep it simple

There are no hidden fees, no contracts, no auto billing, and no gimmicks. I really like that. Also, there isn't any junky food. This is health food. And, I can't wait to eat it.
