Yes you read that right, flavored Lattes in under 7 seconds. How do you ask? With International Delight One Touch Latte. This was an item that I was told by my dentist to get because my teeth are so close together. Regular floss gets stuck and we either have to pull it out when possible or even cut it out of my mouth. I have used dental sticks with little or no results. In steps a water flosser and my life is changed as was the cleanliness of my mouth. I am looking forward to a shorter cleaning time at my next dentist check up.

Sterline Sonic Pulse Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush

A manual toothbrush has been part of my life from the very beginning. Then when I became and adult I started hearing about rechargeable toothbrushes, then sonic toothbrushes. I asked my dentist and he suggested that I get one because of the iron supplements I have been on I have damage to my teeth from when they were forming under my baby teeth. Even with regular checkups a regular toothbrush just can't do for my teeth what a sonic toothbrush can. 

I already have a Sterline sonic toothbrush but added this one to my collection because it has the UV clean technology my primary physician suggested. I have a weak immune system and have to keep my toothbrushes clean and away from everyone else in the family. It has helped a lot in catching illness from their toothbrushes but this added security just may make an even bigger change in my quality of life. 

I suggest this for anyone who has immune problems or for anyone who just wants to make sure their toothbrush is clean. Before this I had to soak my toothbrush in bleach and then into boiling water to make sure it was clean. I also did everyone else in my families this way too but no more. This is so easy and it doesn't take any time out of my day to do it. I can brush, detach the head place it in the UV slot shut the door and go about my daily business knowing it will be clean for my next use.

Tools4Wisdom Planner

I have a great planner you might like if you need one to finish this year out or if you need one for for the New Year. I like this particular Planner because it has a hard cover and will last up to bring taken here and there. You have a monthly calendar as well as a daily calendar, so you can see at a glance and then by the day when needed.

This is great for busy moms like myself, bloggers like myself, as well as anyone else who likes to keep a running hard copy of their schedule.

There is plenty of space for everything you need from appointments, goals, memories, shopping lists. etc.

The only downside to this planner is that it does not have a spot for phone numbers or addresses. which would be an added bonus and something maybe they will add on in the years to come. Since this is on the large size this is the one I keep at home while I have a smaller planner that I carry with me.
