Joint Bursts & Move Matrix Giveaway

Over the last four or five years I've noticed a significant change in my joints. I do not have the flexibility that I have always enjoyed and after a day of exertion I ache. I am celebrating my 50th birthday on November 9th and although aching joints just seem to be part of getting older it doesn't mean that I can't do something to make it better.
