As a parent with 6 children I sailed through most of them without a lick of lice, but for some reason even though our girls only go to school and home I have had one had it several times this year.

I have several yoga mats some thinner then this one made my Itechor and some that are thicker. This one is great because it comes with both a yoga mat strap and a yoga mat bag.

The included yoga mat bag is a much needed added bonus. The mat has bumpy surface on one side and smooth surface on the other. I happen to like to the bumpy surface on top for my yoga time.
