Having a vegetarian in the house has been a lot easier than we thought it would be plus we have learned that we love some of the foods she has tried and have implemented them into our meal plan as well.

Vegetable spaghetti is easy to make and delicious. You can eat it raw or cooked your choice. Gluten free diet approved.
