Muscle Roller Balls

Our family was a bit excited to try the King Athletic muscle roller balls. I was thinking of using them for my feet, while using them on my husband's back is what he was thinking.

For my feet I just put one on the floor under the middle of my foot and just roll back and forth.

Mainly these balls are made for neck, shoulder, and back pain, but with kidney problems I have to be careful that it is not a massage, also there can not be too much pressure so I don't bruise.

I was able to obtain a happy medium that fits well with my health issues as well as everyone else in our family who can use these as normal. They can be used alone or with the help of someone else. Sun Tea meets Cold Brew

At first these reminded me of nut milk bags and you might be able to use them as such but they are made for making cold brew coffee. My husband does not like cold coffee so he just heats his up after it is done brewing.

Think sun tea but made with coffee instead. If you want a little flavor you can add cinnamon to the grounds before cold brewing for a nice flavor throughout. Easy to use and clean I just dump the grounds in our compost pail, rinse with water, hang to dry , and they are ready for the next brew when needed.
