"Escapes - Music For Relaxing" Review + Giveaway

"Escapes - Music For Relaxing" by Jeff Gold is great to use while doing stretches, yoga, and meditation. For those who work outside of the home this would be great to unwind on the drive home from work. Kind of like decompressing after a long day so you are ready to enjoy your family when you get home. 

This would be great to go to sleep to for either child or adult. My husband and I both use a fan for white noise while we sleep, and since I use meditation to put myself to sleep when I can't get to sleep, this would be a great alternative or addition to what we already do to fall to sleep. 

I first listened to this in the car when I was driving to my job, but have since used it while I did my yoga poses, and while meditating. Awesome music for relaxing to, and even having in the background during dinner. Calming and enjoyable.

I am going to try this with my children and see if it helps them drift off to sleep a little earlier at night. This is my next experiment and one that I hope works as I have a 12 year old that can stay up till 2AM and be up by 6AM ready for the day. Her body needs more sleep. Here is to healthier sleep for my daughter and a more relaxed life for our whole family.

We ordered the Bamboo Pro™ Self-Warming Knee Support in XL and just so you know this fits my husband who weight just under 400lbs but he does have more muscular legs then fatty legs. He suffers from Edema from and injury to his leg almost 2 years ago.

A little about my husband's accident. He fell on the ice outside of his job causing a full quad tear in his left leg. The muscle literally ripped right away from the bone.
