Serum and Ear Plugs

I have found since I have had Fibromyalgia problems with sleeping have been a big problem. Sometimes I am full of energy, like when I am having less pain, or being tired all of the time while sleeping hours to still wake up ready to go right back to sleep again, and of course the nights where I am tired and can't get to sleep.

I know I have an erratic sleep schedule that doesn't help one bit, but I wanted to try something to get me on a better sleeping schedule so that I feel rested in the morning. The Dr. said I might have sleep apnea but to try the sleep mask anyways. 

Since I am a Mom I don't wear the ear plugs just because I need to hear if something is wrong with one of my children, but if I have a migraine and my husband is home to care for the kids they will come in handy because any noise except the fan makes the headache worse. 

I like my room dark while sleeping but my husband likes to have the TV on so it goes off once he is asleep and our alarm clock and other devices all cast a glow which really bothers my sleep but with my mask I don't run into this problem and have found I wake less often during the night because of those distracting lights. 

I believe this has helped me get better sleep, not perfect but like I said the Dr. is pretty sure I have sleep apnea but for the most part things are better so I will continue to use the mask and if and when they do something about my sleep apnea I am sure I will see an even bigger change in my sleep quality.

Cerebral Palsy to 100% Realization & Fulfillment in Life)

First of all you have to realize I read just about anything that comes past my eyes, but very few do I read from cover to cover in under a day which was the case with God's Tissues. As I was reading I was also telling my husband about it as I found many interesting bits and pieces to share, and many other areas of author's writing to be what we ourselves try  to do on a daily basis. 

Eyal Sabag does a great job telling about his life through trials, errors, triumphs and starting over more then once in his lifetime. Life is not what we are given but what we make of it. I agreed with a lot of his beliefs but also found comfort in knowing I don't have to be perfect, I don't have to listen to those who say it can't be done, because anyone can overcome circumstances if they keep their minds on the path that is ahead. We might not get there as fast as others but with faith and perseverance we can achieve a lot more then most people would ever expect.  

I love how Eyal Sabag didn't let a disability keep him from achieving a happy life. Too many people go day to day hating what they do, wasting their time being unhappy, when there is so much to be thankful for. Everything doesn't always go the way we want. There is pain, setbacks, and many other hindrances that we must all overcome,  but in the end it is between God and ourselves to make the changes we want in our lives happen.

Moroccan Argan Oil 2oz

Before I tried  UNi 100% Organic Pure Moroccan Argan Oil I had only heard about it being used for hair, but upon receiving it I learned that there are many more uses for it such as conditioning cuticles, soothing rough patches on elbows, knees, or feet, as well as improving skin tone. 

Right before receiving this my oldest daughter had just bought an Argan Oil Spray for her hair. I am not sure which brand it was, but I know she says it was the best money she spent for taking care of her hair. 

Our family has been trying to take a healthier view on life and using more natural or organic products. So far we have seen some amazing benefits. We will continue our journey to healthier living by changing what we put in and on our bodies. 

What I liked most about the  UNi 100% Organic Pure Moroccan Argan Oil is that it didn't have a strong odor, matter of fact it was quite subtle. With a world full of strong scents more certainly is not needed.
