Paperless Cards done Right

In our home we are getting ready for school to start after Labor Day here. As exciting as that is, it also reminds me of how close the Holidays are, the Birthdays, and that I want to make time for our whole family to get together from time to time. With more and more people using the internet as their main way to communicate, I have found that getting all of my kids together in one place takes time, and flipping of schedules to accommodate some dates.

Holidays for our family is a given but as a mom I love to see my kids and grand children on a much more regular basis. So finding this awesome site Paperless Post, I was able to make a Family Game night date for the whole year and invite my children in advance. The date and time are set and it goes out to them to their emails. So they can mark they will attend or won't attend with a click of a button.

While at Paperless Post I also put together my youngest daughters Birthday Invitation which will go out closer to her birthday. She wanted a sleep over with just her girl friends this year and from what I can remember this is about the age all of the other girls had theirs too, so I found a really nice set up and just put in our information and had a really nice invitation that she loved.

This site is quick and easy to use, when you sign up you get a few coins in order to make some really nice invitations, and don't worry there are plenty of awesome FREE invitations, birthday cards, etc to choose from, it is your choice. You can also add coins in which to make cards by using your credit card.

I am really excited about this new source to use and I know my Earth loving Vegan Daughter will also love this site. She is all about saving the Earth and learns each day about a new way to do it. So easy to use just sign up for an account, browse what is available, create a card ( I just took their suggestions added in and took out what I wanted and had a card in seconds, literally), then add your guests and when you want the invitations sent out. You can come back to your account click on your event and see who has responded so you will be sure to have the right amount of items for those attending.

A Wedding Ring of my Dreams

I have been married to my husband for 26 plus years and counting. A while back I lost the diamond out of my engagement ring and then later put on weight losing the ability to wear my wedding ring. We have looked, bought, and returned many rings since then with none quite fitting the bill. 

Then Jeulia came across our paths and boy oh boy are their rings beautiful. I am now the proud owner of a Jeulia 3PC 3.0 CT Radiant Cut Created White Sapphire Wedding Set. It is gorgeous on it's own but looks even better on my finger. The pictures just don't do it justice.

Not everyone can afford expensive rings or weddings. We all know that expensive doesn't show how much you love someone. Love comes from the heart not your pocket.

A ring is symbolic of a marriage being complete between a man and women. I ordered this ring to replace my husband's ring that had gotten ruined while at work years ago.

Diamond Solitaire Ring

Beverly Diamonds sent me a sample solitaire ring to review. My husband happened to be the one who opened the package when it came in and I saw him out of the corner of his eye open it take a look and try to put it aside before he thought I could see it.

I had forgotten to tell him that I was reviewing a really nice ring. He thought maybe one of my online readers had sent this to me, you know one of those that might stalk you and try to lure you into doing something you wouldn't normally do. The kids were present so he was going to wait until they went off to bed.
