Vitamin D Gummy Bears

Personally I would have to eat pretty much the whole bottle at I need 84,000 IU a week just to keep my vitamin D levels showing.

Because my numbers are so low I make sure that my children take a Vitamin D supplement so they don't face the problems I have had in my adult hood.

I grew up on  a farm drinking raw milk, and because I was a sickly child to begin with I didn't see much sun because I was always told by the Dr.'s to stay inside away from those who would get me sick. My immune system has never been strong to begin with. So here I am an adult that has had their store of Vitamin D dwindled over the years to the point where I need to take my vitamins trying to make my numbers go higher each time I am tested. I am still on the low side but my numbers aren't as low as they one were. Every higher number is a big achievement.

These vitamins are pretty good tasting had to try one before I would let my kids take them. They also take them no problem. The downside is I don't like that they look like candy so we had to have a big talk with my younger girls that they are in the medicine box for a reason. They are medicine not candy and can only be taken with an adult present.
