Storage Cubes to the rescue

Storage cubes are one of those things that can hide messes, or organize items it really depends on how you use them.

For us it helps organize items like my review items, the kids toys, and other things like electronics. You can even organize paperwork inside of them.

We like how these storage cubes have handles on each side which we have never seen before and I have bought cubes like this in several stores over the years.

It is also nice to be able to buy 6 of the same color at one time so you don't have to wait for the store to get more of the color you want in stock just to find out that they discontinued that color.

It is rare that I use a whole can of anything like dog food, cat food, tomato paste, soda, chicken broth, evaporated milk, etc. Now you can store these things in your fridge and not have to worry about smells being left behind long after you have finished those products.

Keep your clothes off of the floor

Having a hamper or container to keep your clothes in between washes is a good way to keep your clothes off of the floor and being strewn around the house by pets who like to play. It also makes it easier to gather your clothes on laundry day.

This pop up hamper is pretty large, much bigger then ones we have had in the past and looks great in our bedroom. The only thing that could make this better is if it had a top for it. I love how it folds down flat for storage or a move, and pop easily to full size for use.

Toteable Art Easel

When this came in my daughter claimed it as hers. She said this is great for doing art in her room instead of getting out the big easel she can take this out when she is just working on something smaller.

She loves the storage as well as the cover that keeps everything in the right places. She loves that this is adjustable and then folds flat for transportability. The carrying handle is another great extra for being able to tote it where you would like to use it.

For a secondary use this would make a great place to put recipes and store a cookbook on.

Organizing your stroller

As a mom and child care giver I have pushed many strollers over the years. Before they made stroller bags we were hanging our diaper bag from the back of the stroller, and storing lots of other things under the stroller in the storage area.

Our second stroller had a little pocket on the back where you could store a diaper and wipes, maybe your keys but not much more, then came the jogging strollers and travel strollers that had a place for a drink for the care giver, but we still found we needed more space for stuff.

I haven't seen an umbrella stroller with a spot for anything which is the main reason we never went for one.

I want to be clear that this is not a tray to make ice but a tray to store your ice cubes or spheres in. Even though this is slotted for larger ice cubes or spheres it does work for regular size ice cubes as well. I am just glad to finally have a place for my spheres and large cubes separate from the rest.
