I bet you were thinking something totally different then sneakers. These are my daughter's new sneakers for school this year. The name is so cute Pastry POP Tart Grid. I love that they came laced, are comfortable to wear, easy for my daughter to put on or take off, while being really flexible for her ever growing feet.

Bright New Shoes to Light up my daughters Eyes

Having several children you learn that they grow out of shoes quickly. Even with being able to have the kids wear  hand-me-downs if the shoes survived survived that long meant a little more savings in our pocket and less trash in the landfills.

These high tops are really nice and something I would love to wear. What I didn't know is that I should have sized up one size for a proper fit. Cute to the Core pom pom sneakers

Cute shoes that are sure to please any girl this coming school year. They are slotted for cheer but they look fun to wear. They didn't have my size in Black so we ordered my daughter's size in Pink. She isn't sure if it will be the in thing or not but she is willing to wear them.

If I had the black pom pom sneakers I would wear them around no problem. Super cute and different then other sneakers on the market. These would be cute with dresses, skirts, leggings, and jeans.

Keep those shoes smelling fresh

With school starting up that means sports almost everyday for next few months with a few weeks off between the next sport here in our home. So that means lots of stinky gym and sports sneakers, not to mention my husband's own stinky shoes. 

I never understood stinky feet or shoes, I think because mine have never smelled before, but I guess not everyone is as lucky as I am to have stink free feet, and apparently my children didn't get the non stink gene from me either. 

We have tried crumpled up newspaper, washing the sneakers, socks, feet, etc but nothing seems to work long term. Now we use sneaker odor eliminator sprays and things have started smelling a lot better around here. Just a spritz or two depending on shoe size after use is all it takes. I also encourage my children to not wear the same shoes everyday, which is hard when you are playing sports because you need those shoes almost everyday. We just make sure to spray them after use and leave them where they can air dry overnight so they are ready to go the next day. 

Works well and sure saves me from looking around the house to find out where the stink is coming from to just find out they are just shoes causing the problem.
