Running is not my thing but I love to walk on my treadmill, and my girls love to hike, run, bike, etc, so this is perfect for any of those things. Even for walking this is great. Love that it folds up compactly, comes with two bottles, and has a pocket for storage.
Adjustable just a bit more then others I have seen on the market but still not adjustable enough for someone who is obese to wear so I am still on the look out for the perfect hydration belt for the not so in fit ones out there.
