My parents, aunts, and uncles had these growing up and I am seeing them popping up everywhere. We had a rat in our walls last year and we were able to get rid of it with the use of one of these pest repellers. This one is easy to use just plug in and it works. Others have switches, lights etc. They work fine but for someone who just wants a plug and go model this would be a good choice.
During the summer we use for mosquitos, in the winter it is more to keep other rats from trying to get in as well as field mice.
