You can use the eye masks independently or you can use them together. You can use the gel mask when you are up and moving around or while you are lying down. The silk mask is for resting only unless you know how to get around your home in the dark.

The best part about this eye mask system is that you can pop the gel mask inside of the silk mask for a two in one kind of deal. I also love that you can use this hot or cold. For me warm works better but for some of my family members cold works better so this is useful for everyone.

Calming Ocean Waves

I have never personally been to the ocean and it is on my bucket list to do so sometime before I leave this earth, but until then my sister send me pictures when she visits the ocean and I can listen to Calming Ocean Waves when I am feeling stressed out.

This eye mask, or eye pillow as we call in here in Marksville can be used both hot or cold. Thirty seconds in the microwave or a few hours in your freezer.

They say this can be used for Migraines but I have to say no for that because I don't like any odors when I have one and the scent of any flower actually makes mine worse, but this is great for both sleep and relaxation.

Lavender Eye Pillow

The girls and I like to do spa treatments like mud masks, manicure, and pedicures,so this Lavender Eye Pillow fit right in for a after mud mask treat to really get relaxing while our toes and nails were getting done. 

Love this pillow. I think just taking about a 20 minute cat nap with this is the way to go. So refreshing and calming. The scent is a bit strong at first but you get used to is and I am sure over time it will dissipate. With a lifetime warranty if it runs out of scent I am sure they will replace it for you, so you can't go wrong.
