Have Bands will travel

The FitWellYou Resistance Band Set somewhat reminds me of the set of cords my mother had that she attached to the door to do exercises while I was growing up. I always wanted a set. This is not the same exact thing but close enough until I find that one, if they even make it anymore.

Resistance bands are nice because you can start with light and move up at your own pace to the heavy if you ever even make it that far. I have Fibromyalgia so I am at the light most of the time and on good days I am able to go to medium but no heavy for me, maybe never but it is there to use for my older children who borrow this from time to time to do their own exercises.

Easy to set up, only takes  a little bit of room. No more huge gym sets to get in the way. These are also portable so you can take it with you on vacation. One word of caution, make sure you lock the door that you will be using this on or attach to a room that does not have anyone inside so you know you won't have any guests dropping in or more likely an unwanted fall on your part.

You can find the FitWellYou Resistance Band Set on Amazon.
