Even though I can't personally have massages other then on my feet or a light shoulder rub, my children and my husband can have massages so these balls help me be able to give them massages without tiring out my hands too much.

I have Fibromyalgia and even though massage is great for it I can't have them because of my Kidneys. Even giving other people massages sometimes causes me a lot of pain so this is where the massage balls come in. They help me be able to massage deeper without having to put extra pressure on my hands which is great for the one receiving my massage. These massage balls are also great for self use.
