Green Earth Frying Pan

A while ago Ozeri was nice enough to send me a product to review and I have to say this is the best frying pan I have ever had. Now I want a bigger size. This is my go to fried egg pan perfect for doing eggs, one grilled cheese sandwich etc.  

My biggest surprise was that Ozeri cares so much about their pans that they send a felt liner so when  you stack your pans no damage comes to the inside surface. Can I say I love this company or it's pans any more clearly?

The inside of the pan is much different than other pans I have used in the past. I have been married for 25 plus years and have been cooking for longer then that. I have seen a lot of pans in my life and this one is unique with the honeycomb texture. Love how my food comes out of the pan and doesn't stick.

The best part is that this is a product that 100% PTFE, PFOA and APEO Free which makes me feel better about the food that is coming out of the pan after it has been cooked. Love the silicone handle so easy on the hands. No chemical smells to worry about even at high temperatures and anyone who may have let a pan cook too long at a high temperature might know that just what that horrible odor is where you have to clear the kids out and open a few windows. Not with this pan. Did I mention I love this pan? Oh I did.
