As a person with a loud but small mouth I have had always had a problem brushing and flossing my back teeth. My dentist taught me how to unlock my jaw to be able to do it but it can still be tedious. Here is to healthier teeth and gums

For your health you need to do more than brush your teeth, you need to floss, rinse, scrape your tongue and of course get regular checkups from your Dr. and Dentist.

Keeping your teeth, gums and mouth healthy have a lot to do with your overall health, from your mouth, to your heart. Some people don't realize how much keeping your mouth healthy can help your heart out.

I have a very small mouth although it is loud, it is very small. all of my teeth fit but brushing and flossing are really hard. I have damage to my teeth from years of iron treatments, but on top of that just to brush or floss I have to dislocate my jaw to get all of my teeth.

Most flosses get stuck in my teeth and then have to be cut out of my mouth so my Dr. and Dentist recommended a electric toothbrush, and a oral irrigator to help me floss better and more frequently. This isn't one of the huge oral irrigators most of us are used to seeing. We have one of those but this one is more compact and easier to travel with which seems to be happening more for our family now that the older kids are out of the house.
