I have done yoga, walking, and swimming pretty much my whole life but with health issues I have found that standing is not always a safe position to be in while exercising. So I am more then excited to tell you about a line of videos that are tailored to exercising while you are in a seated position. Yes you can still do them standing as well and on good days I do them standing but alas most days I am sitting. 

These are great for people who have Fibromyalgia like myself, are disabled, or even elderly. I do suggest speaking with your Dr. before you start any exercise just to be sure. You can never be too careful.

Easy on your back

Wheelchair Bags

 y husband had a accident at work over 2 years ago and is not considered disabled. For a time he was locked so he couldn't move much, moved onto crutches, a walker, and now a cane where he stays. When he had the walker I really wish we had this bag then because it fits on perfectly, and can carry everything he would need to go from room to room in our home or out and about in public.
