My 13 years old daughter who is always full of energy has a hard time getting to sleep, she hasn't really taken a real nap since she was 10 months old. Sometimes she crashes after going a week or so without enough sleep but other then that she is pretty much full of energy and sass.
When she was 12 I finally broke down and asked the Dr. if there was anything that I could give here that was safe to help her get to sleep and he suggest Melatonin. We started out with the pills that you have to swallow which were ok, but she likes these strawberry gummy chews from MaritzMayer Laboratories much better.
