What is Dancing & Life? 

Dancing and Life is a company that provides free and premium training and coaching to help you overcome crises and live your best life. It will teach you the power of movement and dance to help you feel better now.

Dancing and Life is for everyone. You don’t have to be a dancer or even have rhythm or dancing skills; what matters is the movement and the intent behind it.*

I am currently working with Dancing and Life to let my readers know about a free program yes it's FREE to help you Dance through Crisis. I was sceptic at first but now that I have done a whole week of the challenges I am sold. I think it is great for people and companies to help others get through those times in life that are hard, or maybe even have been lifelong battles we just never quite got over. The first challenge was Share your experience in spinning the gratitude wheel. Draw a big circle on a piece of paper; divide it into 4 sections; in each section write what brings you joy; spin a pen and share your experience with whatever joy it lands on.

This is a really fun item to have on hand for parties, sleepovers, dances, holidays, etc. Great for use in the home or outside weather permitting, works by remote and has many different designs to choose from. It can be set to go slow or fast depending on what you are using it for and will even work with music.

We had a much larger music dome light like this that my girls had a ball with, but I trust them much more with this less expensive one with friends around. My girls are sure to have a good time dancing to music with this in the near future.

Salsa Dance Workout DVD

As with all of the Dance and Salsa Crazy DVD's our family has had a blast with this. I get to move more and we all get to learn a new dance. I think we laugh more then dance but either way we are having a ball. 

I love how they break each move down and before you know it you are dancing and having a good time, the best part is that it helps you move to lose weight.

Waltz Dance, Volume 2 - Beginning Waltz Dance by DanceCrazy

Our family has already been learning from Volume 1 and have graduated to Volume 2. Dancing has always been fun, but learning with my family makes it even more fun. We all learn, laugh, and get exercise at the same time.

3 DVD Beginning Salsa Dance System Review

When I was younger I thought that my friends who took dancing lessons were the luckiest ducks ever. I had always wanted to learn how to dance, luckily I have teamed up with Dance Crazy as an adult to not only tell my readers about their great DVD learning systems but to also learn to dance while doing it. I have been learning some interesting dances. 

What I like best is that this will teach you step by step. It is like having a dance instructor right there with you. Now if only my husband's leg would heal so that we could both dance the night away, until then I have my girls to learn with.

Merengue Dance DVD Review

If you haven't noticed out family has been on the Dance Crazy kick, which is nice because we all like to dance, OK maybe not my husband but for the most part we all like to. My seven year old loves to dance and why not make it a time for the whole family to learn new dances.

If anyone has seen dirty dancing, footloose, flash dance, or any of the other dance movies out there, you probably want to be able to kick up your feet once in a while too. Dance Crazy and their line up of dvd's can teach you from the beginning to mastery on many dances out there.

This time we got Merengue and so far so good. I think my seven year old has more of the moves down then anyone else. My husband and I said if there were a dance studio closer and didn't charge so much we would sign her up, but until then there is the internet and dvd's to learn from.
