I don't so much need to exercise my hand but having a stress ball around the home is good for everyone. I know when I am really stressed because either I will chew my nails off or I will clench my fists which leaves nail marks in my hands if I still have nails, so having a stress ball is a real reliever.

Our family has been under stress so I am down to 4 nails left on my fingers and this ball couldn't have come at a better time. Now to regrow my nails and put this stress ball to use.

Forever Flex Exercise Ball

I have been wanting a ball like this for a long time but all too often when we bought one it would break within days from just hitting something on the floor.

This ball is standing up to heavy hard use, from myself, children, and even the dog has nosed it around a bit. The cats haven't tried playing with it yet and even though this ball is tough I don't want them to try.
