We have been looking for a new set of fitness bands that we could split up between my daughter and myself. This one was perfect because I use the less restrictive bands while my daughter uses the more restrictive resistance bands.
I love that it comes with a bag to keep them in when they are not in use. Easy to use which makes it so that they are much more likely to be used often. There are so many exercises that can be done with these bands. Furious Fitness sends a poster with a few tips on it but a simple search on your search engine of choice will also bring up lots of choices.
