This is a full size stainless steel mandolin that is very sharp. It comes with 5 inserts for different needs. It has a fold out foot for the mandoline to be on a slant for easy use. This also comes with a food holder to protect your hands from cuts while using.
Veggies and fruits are easy to prepare for salads and recipes. Easy to use and washes up well. I love that I can actually store this back in the box without having to fight to make it fix.
