Lumbar Support

Having Fibromyalgia I find myself uncomfortable almost everywhere but I have to say that this little pillow has made such a huge difference when I am sitting on our couch.

I usually have my laptop card and laptop out in the living room with me so while my husband is watching TV or playing a game I can get my blogs and email done.

This gives me the support I need without tiring out my back. I am also sitting much better which is healthier for your body.

I love that this has two covers so when one is dirty and being washed you have another. The gel cover is really nice because it is cooling which is great int he summer or for those who like to have cool on their back. I am more of a warm person but this will be nice in the summer time when it is hot outside. No more sweaty back.

I give this a thumbs up because my back is thanking me for this review.
