MY THOUGHTS ABOUT THIS PAN:
I found that this eleven-inch pan is not just stunning looking, but it also had plenty of room to brown all the fixings for my potato soup. Even after I browned two types of sausage, onions, and mushrooms in it all I had to do was rinse the pan and wipe it with a cloth to clean it. Then I made the grill cheese to go with my soup and the even heating of this pan had it evenly browned and ready to enjoy in no time. I am very pleased with the weight, design, and performance of this pan and would recommend it with confidence to my family and friends.
