I used to use loofah's to exfoliate but found that later I would have bleeding under my skin which we found out to be a bleeding disorder, so I had to stop using them. With the ExfoliMate cloth I can still wash off the dead skin without causing bleeding because it is much more gentle then a regular loofah.

This also has a long spas so that you can use it to get to your back say for backne problems. This would have been a great product to have for my children who had this problem for a while. I can easily reach my back during showers by just adding a bit of soap or shower gel to the cloth, while holding it with both hands behind my back I use the back and forth motion to was my back. I love it.
