I have been on Vitamin D-3 vitamines for a long time. I take 10,000 IU 5 days a week and 2,000 IU on top of that every day. My numbers have only risen a little and I am due for another Vitamin D count soon.
If you are only mildly short on Vitamin D-3 then this might be something you would like to check out. I have been told in the past the best part of your body to absorb Vitamin D from the sun is on the backs of your arms, you know where they bye byes grow.
This would be a great place to put the one pump once or twice a day depending on your needs. Yes one pump give you 1000 IU. I think this is awesome and great for those who can't always swallow pills like children.
I will be bringing this item up to my Dr. to see what he thinks about it and if it something I should keep around to cut down on the amount of pills I take a day.
