My husband had to go for rehabilitation for his leg injury and it was one of the first time we were introduced to resistance bands. Resistance bands help me to achieve this. Depending on how my Fibromyalgia is from day to day I might need to go to a less resistance band for a few days and then go up on my good days. 

I really love these for yoga poses as well. Even my children are into these bands. They want to learn more about them and what exercises they can do with them. What I like most is that they want to do it themselves I don't have to ask them or remind them to do something active they just grab them and put them to use.

My favorite part is that when we are all done using them they go right into their own bag for storage.
