I happen to do meditation as well as yoga and I really enjoy the music of Jeff Gold and other musicians like him. The music is soothing and comforting. Most of his music is even great for going to sleep with or enjoying a nice hot bath while pampering yourself.
This also works great in the car when you want your children to be calm and quite. I have had a lot less she is touching me, looking at me, etc. while playing Jeff Gold's music.
