The Chelsydale's Dual Blade julienne-Vegetable Peeler is a great item to have in your kitchen. It has two sharp sides which are good for getting eyes out of potatoes, It had a thicker cutting side for peeling and another side that Julienne's. Love. I just cut my celery up with the Julienne side chop up a little more and add to my tuna salad, with a little mayonnaise and lunch is served.
Great for getting veggies in your child's diet. Something we don't have to worry about but I have heard other mom's hiding cut veggies in meatloaf and sauces. This also comes with a brush to clean your peeler. This peeler is very sharp so please be careful and make sure it is out of reach from children.
