I am a very lucky mother to have had both boys and girls who both love to learn about things including bugs. My two girls recently were able to try out this Real Bug Dig Kit and they loved it. I think they were more excited about what bugs they might get then actually doing the dig. They had a bet going on what they would get. As a parent I love that they were learning while having a good time. 

I use these kinds of activities when my children have a snow day or it is raining outside and they can't find anything else to do.
