One thing every medical kit should have is a Sphygmomanometer, or Blood Pressure Cuff. We have always wanted one but have put it off for years. Now all I need is a stethoscope and we will be all set. Having a Sphygmomanometer makes me feel more at ease as my husband and I age I know pretty soon we just might need to have one of these.
So far we have good hearts, no cholesterol problems, and great blood pressure, but surely with age that has to change, although I would like to keep everything like it is except for maybe our weight which we are working on.
