Indian healing Clay Review

I love clay or mud masks but what I love most about the Indian Healing Clay is that it comes in powder form and I can reconstitute how much I like, when I need it. You can use clay for facial masks, mud baths, food soaks, bruises, insect bites, achy joints etc. Clay is just so versatile.

Using it for my joints is my newest way of using the Indian healing Clay. I just mix up what I need to cover the spot I want to treat I like to use hot water to make it warm, then apply to area, let dry like normal, I then put a hot washcloth or hand towel on the area and then wash off. Feels so good. Please remember to test it on a small part of your body to make sure that it is not too hot.
