I am really excited to tell my readers about the Jumpstart 180 program. Don't let the words Senior Citizens scare you, this is also great for those like me who have Fibromyalgia, and other disabilities. The exercises can be modified to fit most disabilities.
I like that my children can even do these exercises with me and I don't have to worry about them hurting themselves or over doing anything because they are low impact. Just what the Dr. ordered, and my body is thankful for. Finally a program that doesn't expect you to go to top speed, or having me do things that will leave my body sore for days on end not wanting to ever do it again.
