I know many people were posting things daily, but I like to see mine all in one place so here goes.
1. I am ever thankful to have God in my life, while never running out of things to thank him for. He continues to bless me each and every day.
2. I am thankful for my husband, who has been by my side each and everyday for the last 24 years.
3. I am thankful for my 6 children. Buke (Dennis III), Samantha, Bryan, Dennise, Deanna, and Dorothy. They have made me the Mom I am today.
4. I am thankful for my Grand daughter Lilly, and my soon to be born Grand daughter Alaina-Faith,I look forward to everyday that I can spend with them.
5. I am thankful for every day that God gives me to spend with my family and friends.
6. I am thankful for the ability to adapt to the changes that have come my way throughout my life.
7. I am thankful for a roof over my head, food to eat, and clothes to wear.
8. I am thankful for the big forgiving, loving heart that God gave me.
9. I am thankful for the parents God placed in my life who loved me with unconditional love, and raised me to always do the best I can, while always being myself.
10. I am thankful to my mother-in-law who raised one child to be hardworking, strong, stubborn, supportive, and independent, . Someone who I will spend the rest of my life with, and proud to call my husband.
11. I am thankful to all of my friends far and near for all of the support you have given me throughout the years. You all hold a special place in my heart.
12. I am thankful for all of my brothers and sisters from both my Bio family and my adoptive family.
13. I am thankful for the curiosity to learn something new each day.
14. I am thankful for everyone who has come into my life, good or bad, they have all added to my life in different ways.
15. I am thankful for being stubborn and never giving up.
16. So thankful for finding and being able to spend time with some of my bio brothers and sisters this year. The hunt to find the rest is ongoing.
17. I am thankful for those who really care about the well being and safety of others.
18. I am thankful that I know how to use coupons, rebates, as well as online activities that have helped us provide for our family.
19. I am thankful the morning that my husband's job called to say he got hurt they were not calling to tell me he died, and that even though it is almost a year since his accident, he is learning to walk again, and is alive and well to be here with us.
20. I am thankful that even though I am proud of my children, God has kept me humble.
21. I am thankful for the reminders to slow life down and enjoy every minute I have here on Earth. Life is too short to waste your time hating others, or causing problems where there are none. You never know what tomorrow may bring.
22. I am thankful for the mysteries in life, they make life interesting.
23. I am thankful that even though we struggle ourselves we still find little ways to help out others in need.
24. I am thankful for my son Buke (Dennis III) my first born. He has always been a leader, very independent and a great joy to my life.
25. I am thankful for my oldest daughter Samantha for her ability to achieve so much in the short time she has been an adult. She makes me very proud.
26. I am thankful for my son Bryan who even though is not from us biologically, and came with many issues at the tender age of 14 months, that he is always trying to better himself, no matter what walls are put in his way.
27. I am thankful for my daughter Dennise for always filling our house with music, and being herself, which most people can't seem to ever accomplish.
28. I am thankful for Deanna who has always kept us on our toes, and teaches us everyday to not take the little things for granted in our life.
29. I am thankful for my youngest child Dorothy, for always wanting to snuggle and the endless hugs that she gives.
30. I am very thankful for November 30th, 2013 when my brakes stopped working when I was on my way to my daughter's baby shower, and Midas being full fit me in and not only fixed my van, but worked past when they were open just so they could make sure that me and my family could get home safe and sound.
